Delete your account in Chunklen
- Sign in to the Chunklen website or mobile app.
- Open the account menu and choose Settings.
- Find Account and data, then choose Delete account.
- Enter your current password and confirm deletion.
Deletion is permanent. You will be signed out and will not be able to restore your account or learning progress.
Request deletion from the web
If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the email address used for your Chunklen account. Use the subject “Chunklen account deletion request.” We may ask for limited information to verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it.
What is deleted
- your name, email address, password hash when present, external sign-in link, and active access tokens;
- lesson answers, mistakes, progress, mastery, and study sessions;
- preferences, saved learning reports, and registered notification devices;
- optional study enrollment, profile, and events linked to your account; and
- other operational records directly linked to your user account.
What may remain
Anonymous public sample responses and site traffic that were never linked to an account may remain for product measurement. Aggregated or de-identified statistics that can no longer identify you may also remain. Temporary backup copies, if present, are isolated from normal use and expire through the backup cycle. A limited record may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or law.
